Remote Lead Power Platform Engineer

• The Lead Power Platform Engineer position at 3Cloud is a remote role based in the Philippines. The primary responsibility of the Lead Engineer is to ensure client success with Azure by analyzing, designing, and planning application architecture. This role involves working with the project team to deploy Azure-based solutions, implementing solutions in Microsoft Azure, translating requirements into technical designs, and staying updated on emerging technology trends in cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, leading technical discussions, and delivering in Agile methodology.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in application development specializing in C# .NET Framework/Core
• Working experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular, React, and Node
• Working experience in Azure Integration Services like API Management, App Services, and Functions
• Passion for building cloud-native applications using PaaS, containers, serverless, and modern front-end JS/TS
• Desire for continuous learning and hands-on coding ability
• Experience in a consulting environment and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, and Microsoft Power Platform or willingness to learn it
• Preferred skills/experience in DevOps pipeline development, data modeling, SQL, understanding of different data repositories, Model-driven vs. canvas apps, and experience with Dataverse/Common Data Model/Dynamics365
