An international company, established in 2009, is seeking a Lead Python Software Engineer to join its team.

The role involves contributing to a rapidly growing product that utilizes AI to automate code reviews and improve code quality across various development teams.
This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours in European time zones (up to GMT+4).
Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end development of the AI-Based Code Reviewer framework, prototyping quickly and iterating based on feedback, hiring and leading a team, customizing the framework for specific projects, collaborating with R&D teams to refine the proof of concept, ensuring rapid delivery with high-quality standards, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of proven experience in code development and delivery.
Experience with AI technologies, particularly in code analysis or automated review tools, is required.
A demonstrated ability to lead projects or teams in software development is essential.
Candidates should be able to quickly prototype and validate concepts.
Comfort with rapid task switching and adapting to changing requirements is necessary.
An understanding of product management and aligning technical efforts with business goals is important.
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level is required for effective team communication.
The position offers a long-term B2B contract.
