Gorilla Logic is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend development.
The position involves working as part of an Agile team to build and maintain web and/or mobile applications for clients.
The role requires strong skills in Python and Angular to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
Responsibilities include leading an Agile team, mentoring team members, collaborating with DevOps and QA, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
The candidate must communicate effectively in English and utilize strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
The candidate must have 8+ years of development experience with Python.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience with the Django framework and/or FastAPI is necessary.
The candidate should have 5+ years of frontend development experience with Angular (versions 8+).
Proficiency in modern enterprise patterns like microservices is required.
Development experience with PostgreSQL is necessary.
The candidate must have cloud development experience with AWS.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization is required.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining production applications is essential.
Proven experience in leading technical teams is necessary.
