Description:

  • Bjak is seeking a Lead Research Analyst for Blockchain to join their team in Hong Kong.
  • The role involves leading blockchain research initiatives and providing insights on blockchain technologies in the financial services sector.
  • Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive research, developing in-depth reports, staying updated on blockchain developments, engaging with industry stakeholders, and representing the company at events.
  • The position requires producing unique insights, collaborating with the research team, and enhancing the company's visibility in the blockchain community.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in blockchain research or a related field in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality research reports.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to synthesize data into a coherent framework and think critically.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with blockchain metrics.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python is preferred.
  • Experience in valuations and financial analysis in the blockchain space is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global blockchain and cryptocurrency landscapes.
