Description:
Lead a team of robotics engineers in designing, developing, and deploying advanced robotic solutions across various domains.
Define technical direction, best practices, and drive innovation in robotics technologies.
Design and architect robotic systems, including defining requirements, subsystems, and interfaces.
Develop and integrate robotic hardware components such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control.
Develop autonomous capabilities for robotic systems, including perception, navigation, and decision-making algorithms.
Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation.
Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and regulations, implementing safety features and protocols.
Create technical documentation to support development and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in robotics research and technology to enhance robotic solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in robotics engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying robotic solutions.
Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks and libraries.
Strong understanding of robotic hardware components and subsystems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Experience with robotic perception, navigation, and manipulation algorithms.
Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS and Gazebo.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
