Description:
SearchStax is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Engineer to revolutionize the search industry.
The role involves serving as a player/coach, leading technical discovery, creating compelling POCs, delivering presentations, and mentoring sales engineers.
The position requires spearheading the development of sales assets, including demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations tailored for diverse customer needs.
The Lead Sales Engineer will define and implement a streamlined technical discovery process for accurate solution scoping and project planning.
Responsibilities also include leading training sessions, sharing product insights, and driving innovation within the company and the industry.
Requirements:
7-10+ years of pre-sales engineering experience, preferably in early-stage and enterprise SaaS companies.
Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, learn new technologies, and innovate to meet customer needs.
Proven success in solution design, technical project delivery, and collaborating with sales teams in consultative sales engineering roles.
Strong storytelling skills to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for technical and business decision-makers.
Experience with site search solutions or roles involving search technologies.
Technical skills in Salesforce, Google Suite, ReactJS, NativeJS, HTML, CSS, cloud platforms, databases, and search technologies.

Base Salary: Estimated OTE ranging from $225,000 to $290,000, with potential for equity and performance-based bonuses.
