• The analyst will create a security roadmap and work with product, engineering, and IT teams to improve the security posture.
• Key tasks include monitoring security tools and logs, investigating alerts, responding to customer security queries, drafting security policies, maintaining compliance with security standards, conducting vulnerability assessments, and providing employee security awareness training.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or security operations, focusing on customer-facing security support.
• Strong communication skills are essential to engage confidently with customers and address security concerns.
• Hands-on experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST compliance is required.
• Proficiency in security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management, is necessary.
• The ability to balance security and business needs is crucial to ensure protection without hindering product development or operations.
• Experience in automation and process improvement to streamline security workflows is preferred.
• Bonus skills include relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+, and experience in managing IT Operations, tools, and procurement.
