Description:
The Lead Security Analyst at HackerRank plays a vital role in ensuring the company's security and building customer trust.
This position is Full-Time and Remote within the United States.
Responsibilities include completing security questionnaires, addressing follow-up questions, and collaborating with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to support customer and prospect security concerns.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or security operations, focusing on customer-facing security support.

Hands-on experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST compliance is required.
Proficiency in security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management, is necessary.
The ability to balance security and business needs is crucial to ensure protection without hindering product development or operations.
Experience in automation and process improvement to streamline security workflows is preferred.
Bonus skills include relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+, and experience in managing IT Operations, tools, and procurement.
