Description:

Attentive is seeking a Lead Security Operations Analyst to join their Security team, which safeguards the platform and customer data.
The role involves responding to alerts, automating responses, maintaining runbooks, and assisting engineers in assessing and remediating vulnerabilities.
The analyst will monitor and respond to security alerts and threats to data, applications, systems, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include monitoring security alerts from various sources, acting as the first line of defense, and partnering with detection and response engineers.
The analyst will analyze security events, perform API calls, and monitor security advisories for critical threats.
The position requires designing and implementing automation across operational programs to enhance security procedures and workflows.
The analyst will own and optimize triage and alerting processes, define and track KPIs, and maintain security incident response procedures.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, particularly in security operations or security engineering.
Strong knowledge of information security and common attacks, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Expertise with project management tools like Jira, SIEM tools like Panther, and SOAR tools.
Experience in analyzing security logs and identifying incidents and suspicious activity.
Proficiency in log and network traffic analysis to identify security incidents, trends, and anomalous behaviors.
Nice to have: experience developing tools with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Golang) and working with cloud security technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $154,360 - $218,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
