Remote Lead Server Engineer (C# / Python)

Description:

• The Lead Software Engineer (C# / Python) position is a full-time, remote role based in the US.
• The role requires 8+ years of experience and offers a salary range of $175,000 - $215,000, along with equity and benefits.
• The Lead Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using C# and Python on AWS.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in C# and Python.
• Strong experience in building cloud-native applications on AWS is required.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture is necessary.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB is essential.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Familiarity with security best practices for cloud applications is important.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment are needed.
• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers is a must.
