Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role.
Strong full-stack skills are required, with flexibility on exact languages and frameworks.
A deep understanding of software design, performance optimization, and testing is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable navigating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Solid database skills, including SQL and familiarity with non-relational systems, are necessary.
Great communication skills and the ability to work independently are important.
A collaborative and humble approach is valued, emphasizing the importance of the team as much as the technology.
Bonus points will be given for experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teams.
