As a Lead Software Developer at BLEN, you will lead and mentor the development team, including Senior Software Developers.
You will oversee the technical direction of projects and make high-level architectural decisions.

Requirements:

You must have 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Extensive full-stack development expertise is required, with mastery in languages such as Python, Fast API, Flask, TypesScript, Java, or Rust.
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems is essential.
A deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their advanced services is necessary.
You should have a strong background in AI and machine learning, including experience with large language models and modern AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers is required.
You must have experience integrating AI services and APIs from major providers into production systems.
Expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices is needed.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code is essential.
You should have a strong understanding of data modeling for relational and NoSQL databases.
A track record of successfully leading and mentoring development teams is required.
You must be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domestically, and you must be located in the United States.
You must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
