Description:
Lead a team of software developers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
Write and review code, setting the standard for quality and maintainability.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor and support junior developers to help them grow their skills.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and bring new ideas and innovations to the team.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of leading development teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
Project Management Skills: Strong abilities in Agile project management, organization, and multitasking.
Process Improvement: Deep understanding of software development processes and a passion for continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements:

Experience in building and scaling software products in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in frontend and backend development, cloud computing, and modern development frameworks.
