As a Lead Software Developer, you will take ownership of key technical initiatives, mentor a team of developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software products.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, managing full development lifecycles, mentoring and developing team members, hands-on development, enforcing code quality and best practices, collaborating with other teams, and monitoring and optimizing performance.

Requirements:

Software Development Expertise: Extensive experience in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, with proficiency in full-stack development, API design, and database management.
Leadership and Team Development: Proven track record in leading development teams, managing projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring technical excellence.
Software Architecture and Design: Strong knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-based solutions.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
DevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; certifications or additional coursework in software development, cloud computing, or system architecture are a plus.
Experience Requirements: 5+ years of software development experience, technical leadership, designing large-scale applications, and working with modern development frameworks and cloud services.
