Responsibilities include scoping new features, debugging, reviewing pull requests, building scalable services, and deploying to production.
The Lead Software Engineer will also drive architectural decisions, tackle performance challenges, and mentor other developers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role.
Strong full-stack development skills are required, with flexibility on specific languages and frameworks.
A deep understanding of software design, performance optimization, and testing is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Solid database skills, including SQL and familiarity with non-relational systems, are necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are required.
A collaborative and humble approach is important, valuing teamwork alongside technical skills.
Bonus points for experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teams.
