Requirements:

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputed university is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical design, software development, and architecture on the backend side, focusing on scalable, high-performance, and available platforms.
Hands-on experience with SaaS-based products and open-source technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, distributed system technology, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases, is essential.
Technical skills should include JIRA, GitLab, REST API, GCP or AWS, Jenkins, Maven, and Ansible for build and deployment (continuous integration) tools.
A strong understanding of event-driven and microservices architectures, as well as web services, is necessary.
Candidates should possess good knowledge in security and identity management, as well as scaling and performance management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, presentation, and documentation, are required.
