Description:

  • As a Lead Software Engineer, you will extend existing product lines and develop new ones at the forefront of healthcare reinforcement learning and agentic AI.

  • You will be expected to contribute to the development of scalable and cost-effective solutions, integrating with major electronic health records and improving patient care.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have expert competency in TypeScript and be comfortable with key frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Node, and React.
  • A strong understanding of full-stack development in JavaScript/TypeScript is required, along with a focus on user experience.
  • Applicants should be disciplined in best practices for version control, CI/CD, and code extensibility.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda) is preferred, along with a willingness to learn.
  • Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to tackle novel challenges using strong computer science fundamentals.
