ECP is seeking experienced engineers to join their team and contribute to improving life at senior living communities globally.
The company offers a market-leading SaaS solution used in over 6,000 communities worldwide.
The role involves developing new applications, enhancing existing products, and modernizing the tech stack.
Candidates will work with technologies such as NextJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities include designing and architecting new applications, contributing to a code base hosted on AWS, and staying updated on technical best practices.
The role also involves mentoring engineers, conducting weekly 1:1s, and helping to define and set goals.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of software development experience.
Experience as a team lead and/or Scrum Master is necessary.
The ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems autonomously is essential.
Proficiency with full-stack front-end and back-end frameworks and languages is required.
An interest in mentoring or managing other engineers is preferred.
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) is required.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience designing and architecting scalable applications.
A passion for writing code that helps people is essential.
Experience with common design patterns and object-oriented development is required.
Familiarity with agile development processes is necessary.
Fluent English with strong grammatical skills is required.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
