Description:

Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications in a cloud-native environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
Drive the implementation of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Act as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolutions to issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Typescript, Angular.
Proven experience leading software development teams specializing in web and mobile applications.
6+ years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs.
3+ years of experience developing for mobile apps in React-Native.
5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft SQL or other relational databases.
Experience working with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and App Center.
Strong experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges using modern design principles.
Familiarity with US Healthcare is a plus.
Relevant certifications in cloud or software development.
