Description:
As a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Cloud technologies, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing innovative solutions within our Research and Development organization.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of new product lines, ensuring they are secure, stable, and compliant with industry standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the full product lifecycle—from initial requirements analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
You will lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet security, stability, and compliance requirements.
You will collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
You will oversee the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.
You will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting best practices in software development and cloud technologies.
You will conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality metrics.
You will manage the integration of client-side utilities with REST APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
You will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software solutions and processes.
You will participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
You must have 6-10 years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on cloud technologies.
You should be proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C++.
You need to have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
A strong understanding of security best practices in software development is required.
You should have experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
