The company targets lawyers dealing with standardized but lengthy documents like contracts, with over 7,500 active paid users within a year of launch.
The team consists of experienced software engineers from companies like Microsoft, IBM, HTC, Yahoo!, and NTT.
Technical challenges include performance improvement, synchronization between user input and on-memory text, cache efficiency, and security in Natural Language Processing.
Responsibilities include making technical decisions, driving the team to maximize outcomes, growing team members, and fostering a psychologically safe environment.

Requirements:

Experience managing engineering teams of 5 or more people.
Proficiency in coding with C#, C++, Java, or Rust.
Strong belief in writing clean and efficient code.
Business-level English proficiency.
Proactive in proposing improvement ideas, creating a psychologically safe environment, clear communication skills, and appreciation for diversity.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Github, understanding CI/CD, a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, and the ability to understand both customer and engineer perspectives.
