Requirements:

• You must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in building user-centric applications in healthcare.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL is required.
• You should have experience in building full-stack user-facing features for web applications, focusing on performance optimization and security.
• Proficiency in FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems is necessary.
• You must have experience leading technical design discussions and guiding best practices and architecture principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL-based APIs is required.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers is essential.
• You should have in-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases, as well as messaging systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and health data privacy standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST is a plus.
