Description:
- Lead a team of developers and software engineers at NewRich Network.
- Collaborate with product managers and owners on key projects.
- Drive the technical roadmap for the team and maintain high service availability for customers.
- Help team members grow in their careers and maintain a healthy team culture.
- Collaborate with Recruiting to expand the team over the next few years.
- Coordinate the resolution of Production incidents.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing small teams of engineers.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in building SaaS products.
- Experience integrating with banks, crypto providers, payment rails, etc.
- Proven track record of leading diverse and distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, Go, PHP, AWS, PostgreSQL preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
