Description:
The Lead Software Engineer position at Dev Technology Group requires a candidate with a proven track record in developing impactful applications, analyzing business requirements, and designing efficient programming solutions.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design data models, developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using various programming languages and technologies, leading and participating in the full software development lifecycle, mentoring junior engineers, and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project success through expertise and innovative software development approaches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Node.js, React.js, .NET, and other relevant frameworks.
Previous experience in an Agile SCRUM environment.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.

The estimated salary range for the position is $116,000-$190,000, based on education, experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
