Description:
- Motive is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Frontend to work on the design and architecture of the Motive for Fleets product.
- The role involves leading medium to large complexity Frontend projects, making architectural design decisions, planning dev milestones and sprints, and collaborating with backend engineers, product owners, designers, and QA.
- The Lead Software Engineer will provide technical mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the quality of the code base.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of Frontend development experience in Angular, React, or Vue.
- Mid-advanced knowledge of Angular framework is preferred.
- Experience leading medium to large complexity Frontend projects, including architecture and design decision making, dev milestones planning, and sprint planning.
- Strong software design and architecture skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and testing practices.
