The Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) will drive the development of new product areas and provide technical leadership within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities include developing secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud services using technologies such as C#, Golang, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, and React.
The role involves managing and mentoring a small group of engineers while creating a safe and inclusive environment.
The engineer will create new customer value in small increments and work closely with product managers and designers to address customer problems.
Collaboration across teams is essential to define the architecture and technical roadmap, making pragmatic decisions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and operating cloud software at scale.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience in technical leadership and people management, including mentoring and supporting other engineers, is necessary.
The ability to manage risk, ambiguity, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should align engineering work with high-level organizational goals and demonstrate a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience working with distributed teams in global engineering organizations is preferred.
