The Lead Software Engineer, Machine Learning will work on an industry-leading photogrammetry platform used globally, automating high-impact tasks in sectors like construction, agriculture, and conservation.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing innovative machine learning models for computer vision problems, optimizing ML model performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in ML Data Science and MLOps.
Proficiency in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale ML systems for computer vision, using Pytorch, Keras, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
Experience with models like Mask2former, MaskRCNN, Resnet, Unet, running multiple ML experiments in cloud environments, and using MLOps platforms.
Comfort with UNIX, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), containerization technologies, CI/CD tools, and remote work.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
