As a Team Lead, you will lead a group of software engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and services that empower millions of users.
You will be responsible for writing code, making critical decisions, and delivering the best experience to internal engineering teams and customers.
The role involves writing well-structured applications in Go, containerizing them into optimized Docker images, and designing helm charts for Kubernetes deployment.
The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Golang, Docker, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Requirements:

Must have experience with Kubernetes and a deep understanding of K8S objects and cloud-native application development.
Experience in writing Helm charts is required.
Proficiency in Docker and writing highly optimized Dockerfiles is necessary.
Experience in Golang or other modern compiled statically typed languages, with skills in concurrent programming and writing well-structured, well-covered code (unit/integration/e2e tests).
Experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres, focusing on optimized queries on large tables is essential.
Previous tech-lead and team-lead experience is required.
