• Mindex, a software development company, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to develop efficient solutions to complex business problems.
• The role involves partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement advanced technical software solutions.
• Responsibilities include moderating the solution creation process, leading and mentoring junior team members, investigating new technologies, and ensuring an uncompromising customer experience.
• The Lead Software Engineer will also be accountable for the team's work output, act as a final quality gate for deliverables, and offer advice and assistance in customer meetings.

Requirements:

• A BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
• Five or more years of enterprise business software development experience in Java or .NET in complex environments is necessary.
• Proficiency in Java or .NET frameworks, automated build, deploy, and release pipelines, DevOps environments, and design for testability is essential.
• Experience with containerization, private cloud technologies, and leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment is a must.
