Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of full stack experience in developing performant, scalable web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment, using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience in leading or managing teams of remote developers is required.
• Proven track record of delivering and supporting commercial, enterprise software.
• Extensive full stack development experience with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Typescript.
• Candidates must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
• A strong problem-solving ability and a passion for innovation and growth are necessary.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented or functional programming design paradigms is required.
• Practical experience in building RESTful microservices and event-based distributed systems is essential.
• Familiarity with system architecture and time-complexity trade-offs is necessary.
