Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of full stack experience in developing performant, scalable web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment, using Ruby on Rails and React.
Experience in leading or managing teams of remote developers is essential.
Proven track record in delivering and supporting commercial, enterprise software.
Extensive full stack development experience with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Typescript.
Candidates must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.
A strong problem-solving ability and a passion for innovation and growth are necessary.
Deep understanding of object-oriented or functional programming design paradigms is essential.
Practical experience in building RESTful microservices and event-based distributed systems is required.
Familiarity with system architecture and time-complexity trade-offs is important.
Experience with production services and mentoring others in scalable aspects of Cloud services is necessary.
Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) is mandatory.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is considered a bonus.
