Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of full stack experience in developing performant, scalable web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment, using Ruby on Rails and React.
Experience in leading or managing teams of remote developers is required.
Proven track record of delivering and supporting commercial, enterprise software.
Extensive full stack development experience with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Typescript.
Candidates should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
A strong problem-solving ability and a deep understanding of object-oriented or functional programming design paradigms are necessary.
Practical experience in building RESTful microservices and event-based distributed systems is required.

Experience with production services and mentoring others in scalable aspects of cloud services is important.
