Cadmus, a global EdTech company, is seeking experienced Software Engineering Leads to support their growth.
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of industry experience, working across multiple codebases, architecting solutions, and building fundamental systems independently.
The role involves ensuring product features are reliable, performant, and scalable to deliver a high-quality experience for users worldwide.
Responsibilities include working with modern front-end technologies, server-side languages, databases, cloud services, and APIs to develop internal and external applications.
The Lead will drive architectural discussions, organize work breakdowns, manage development timelines, mentor teammates, and contribute to team culture and personal development.
Requirements:
Must have at least 7 years of industry experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., Typescript, React), server-side languages (e.g., Java, Ruby, Elixir), databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP), and APIs (GraphQL, RESTful).
Ability to lead architectural discussions, organize work breakdowns, and manage development timelines effectively.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple competing demands.
