Description:
The main purpose of this job is to serve as a senior technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of assigned technology.
This role focuses on the implementation of B2B business processes within the IT area, utilizing ServiceNow as a platform for digital order management.
Responsibilities include the further development, design, and evolution of the existing IT architecture in the B2B Order Management hub.
Key tasks involve content evaluation of business epics and their implementation in IT.
The position requires collaboration on the architectural runway and conception of the required non-functional requirements (NFRs) in consultation with Scrum teams.
The role involves cooperation and coordination with IT and business stakeholders, other Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and architects.
Responsibilities also include the design of microservices and APIs, supporting the development and transformation of applications, microservices, and interfaces with agile teams, and evaluating and developing coding and testing guidelines.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a basic understanding of ServiceNow in Order Management for Telecommunications, including Telecommunications Service Management, Product inventory, and Data segregation and flow design.
Experience with TM Forum standards such as ODF, ODA, and eTOM is required.
Operational experience with agile methods in software development is essential.
Strong coding, conceptual, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
Candidates should have an interest in working in an agile team and possess an open mindset.
A broad knowledge of the B2B solution business and its end-to-end processes, particularly focusing on the entire order to cash process, is required.
Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
