Remote Lead Solutions Architect

Description:

• Celonis is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts.
• The role involves ensuring customers have the proper technical foundation for enterprise readiness of the Celonis platform.
• The architect will understand long-term success with Celonis adoption and address any technical blockers.
• Responsibilities include leading technical discussions, proposing solutions, and acting as a customer advocate with product and engineering teams.
• The architect will establish integrations to customer source systems and advise on authentication and user/group management.
• Development of best practices and blueprints for the Celonis ecosystem is also required.
• Building strong internal relationships to relay customer needs across various organizations is essential.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with 6+ years of experience in IT-Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar area.
• Strong customer-facing skills are necessary to earn the trust of assigned accounts.
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployment scenarios is required, particularly regarding scalability.
• Candidates should have experience with modern tech stacks and methods such as REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO/SCIM, IT Security, Python, and Agile.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as experience with data pipelines and ETL processes for large volumes of data, is essential.
• Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications is required.
• Candidates should be solution-oriented and able to communicate technical knowledge to a broader audience.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus, as is experience in financial services.
