Description:

  • Level AI is a Series C startup founded in 2019, headquartered in Mountain View, California, focused on revolutionizing customer engagement by transforming contact centers into strategic assets.
  • The company utilizes an AI-native platform that leverages advanced technologies, including Large Language Models, to extract deep insights from customer interactions.
  • The Lead Solutions Architect will work with leaders and operators across various companies to architect optimal solutions for complex Contact Center Operations.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with customer technical teams to understand their operations and mapping integration touch points, integrating and onboarding Level AI’s product with telephony and CRM systems, and ensuring successful customer implementations in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams.
  • The role also involves providing mentorship and advocating best practices while addressing product, solutioning, and onboarding inquiries.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates must have experience working with CCaaS vendors and implementing voice and text infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong experience with telephony vendors such as Five9, Genesys, and Avaya is essential.
  • Experience with real-time media streaming and common protocols such as RTP and WebRTC is required.
  • Candidates should have experience with the SIP protocol and the ability to configure and troubleshoot SIP servers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Dynamics, along with the ability to build solutions using CRM APIs, is necessary.
  • A strong customer focus, analytical ability, and the capability to understand customer requirements and deliver value are crucial.
  • Candidates must demonstrate outstanding prioritization skills, balancing customer escalations, product changes, and service issues while managing related communication, technical account management, and risk mitigation.
