The role requires working hours in the CET zone.
Main responsibilities include leading the development of a new project, ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery, driving healthy communication within the project team, participating in company Game Jams, and ensuring code quality meets high standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Unity and C# is required.
Professional experience in developing mobile games is necessary.
Candidates must have an understanding of performance and profiling.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms complexity is essential.
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills are important.
Excellent time management skills are required.
A collaborative mindset and great communication skills in English are necessary.
