ZeptoLab is looking for a Lead Unity Developer to join their team remotely.
The company specializes in making mobile games and operates them globally.
The role involves developing innovative mobile games and participating in the prototyping of new creative ideas.
The first challenge will be to lead a new unannounced project from an early stage.
The position requires working hours in the CET zone on an IC contract.
Main responsibilities include leading the development of a new project, ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery, driving healthy communication within the project team, participating in company Game Jams, and ensuring code quality meets high standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Unity and C# is required.
Candidates must have professional experience in developing mobile games.
An understanding of performance and profiling is necessary.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms complexity is required.
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential.
Excellent time management skills are needed.
A collaborative mindset and great communication skills in English are mandatory.
