The Lead Web Developer will work closely with marketers, designers, and developers to build and optimize features for Clari's global web properties.
This role involves defining, architecting, and building a website for Product-Led-Growth and a Web Operations function for all stakeholders.
The position requires applying technical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges across the marketing stack.
Responsibilities include fluency in front-end technologies, experience with Optimizely/Episerver, and mastery of code pipeline and deployment methodologies.
The developer will translate design and functional requirements into scalable CMS components and collaborate with designers to create wireframes and technical implementations.

Requirements:

Candidates must be fluent in front-end technologies such as HTML, SASS/CSS, PHP, and JavaScript frameworks like Vue/React.
Experience with Optimizely/Episerver and development in Azure, .NET, and ASP environments is required.
A working knowledge of dynamic CMS systems like WordPress and Drupal, as well as headless/static frameworks, is necessary.
Mastery of code pipeline and deployment tools such as GIT and CI/CD is essential.
Candidates should have an advanced ability to translate design and functional requirements into scalable components.
Familiarity with modern design tools and UX principles is required.
Strong problem-solving skills across the full marketing stack, including experience with Consent Management Platforms and Business-Information integrations, are necessary.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience onboarding cross-functional teams to CMS workflows.
