Description:

Design, plan, and implement advanced wireless networks using platforms like Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki.
Lead complex Wi-Fi deployments to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and performance.
Conduct advanced site surveys with tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet for accurate network planning.
Troubleshoot and optimize wireless networks, addressing interference, connectivity, and performance issues.
Provide tier 3 support for complex network problems requiring expert attention.
Lead and mentor a team of 30 lower-level engineers, offering guidance on network design and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
Implement wireless security protocols like WPA3 and RADIUS and ensure compliance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and project progress to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi implementation, design, and troubleshooting.
Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) or Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP).
Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless (CCNA Wireless).
Experience with Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki platforms.
Proficiency in using wireless network analysis tools like Ekahau and AirMagnet.
Strong knowledge of wireless standards (e.g., 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
