Description:

  • Design, plan, and implement advanced wireless networks using platforms like Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki.
  • Lead complex Wi-Fi deployments to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and performance in various environments.
  • Conduct advanced site surveys with tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet for accurate wireless network planning.
  • Troubleshoot advanced wireless network issues including interference, connectivity, and performance problems.
  • Optimize wireless network configurations for enhanced performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide tier 3 support for complex wireless network issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 30 lower-level infrastructure engineers in wireless network design and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage wireless security protocols like WPA3 and RADIUS.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for wireless network designs and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and project progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wi-Fi implementation, design, and troubleshooting with Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki platforms.
  • Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) or Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP).
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless (CCNA Wireless).
  • Relevant certifications in Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, or Meraki platforms are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in using wireless network analysis tools like Ekahau and AirMagnet.
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless standards (e.g., 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
