Resilinc is seeking a Lead/Senior FullStack Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India, with a remote work option.

The role involves designing, architecting, and developing scalable end-to-end features using Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI, ML integration), and Angular.
The engineer will collaborate with product, data science, and design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities include owning technical decisions, leading code reviews, setting engineering best practices, and improving CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on Azure.
The position also requires influencing the product roadmap with technical insights.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of Full-Stack engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior developer role.
Proficiency in using AI tools like Cursor, Devin, or Co-pilot to enhance efficiency is required.
Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, backend architecture) and Python (for microservices, API layers, or ML integration) is essential.
Knowledge of Angular (including RxJS, Material, and state management) is necessary.
A solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, particularly Azure, is required.
Experience in high-growth, agile environments with fast iteration cycles is important.
Candidates should be able to balance tech leadership with hands-on coding.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher from IIT or other top-ranked schools is mandatory.
