Description:

Mimica's mission is to accelerate the discovery and deployment of automation with AI through their product, Mapper, which learns patterns from employee interactions to generate automation blueprints.
The role involves improving and expanding the capabilities of the Mimica Web App by designing robust architecture, developing new features, and taking operational responsibility for the built components.
Daily tasks include developing a visualization tool and data-rich dashboard, building interfaces for real-time user collaboration, enabling auto-generation of process maps, participating in architectural decisions, and providing feedback through pair programming and code reviews.
The position also includes participating in hiring and onboarding new team members and managing projects as the team grows.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a background in frontend or full-stack engineering, focusing on modern, enterprise-class web applications.
Proven experience in architecting high-quality UI components and creating intuitive interfaces that handle large datasets is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and major frontend frameworks like React, including state management solutions, is essential.
A deep understanding of performance optimization techniques, such as code splitting and lazy loading, is necessary.
Commitment to high engineering standards, delivering clean, testable, reusable, modular, and well-documented code is expected.
Candidates should demonstrate analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
A drive for continual skill development and process improvement is important.
Fluency in English with effective communication skills is required.

Experience in owning projects from start to finish, including all phases from design to monitoring, is a plus.
Familiarity with frontend security concepts and advanced system design principles is beneficial.
A background in fast-paced startup environments and an active interest in AI or automation are advantageous.
