Remote Líder Técnico Backend (Node/AWS)

Description:

• Brazoderecho is seeking a Technical Leader Backend with a strong passion for technology and extensive experience in developing robust and scalable solutions.
• The selected individual will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet business objectives.
• The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 100% remote modality.
• Responsibilities include defining and communicating the technical vision of the project, guiding the team in strategic technical decision-making, and facilitating collaboration among development, design, and product teams.
• The role also involves ensuring code quality through code review processes and testing, adhering to defined architecture and security standards, and actively participating in the development of new features and incident resolution.
• The Technical Leader will build and develop high-performance teams, identify training needs, and design individual development plans.
• Additionally, the position requires collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, as well as effectively communicating project progress and potential risks.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in technical leadership roles is required.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL is essential.
• Experience in developing microservices using AWS Lambda and Serverless Framework is necessary.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React is desirable.
• Knowledge of design patterns, best development practices, and version control tools (Git) is required.
• Experience in implementing authentication and authorization solutions (OAuth, JWT) is also necessary.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), results orientation, and the ability to work under pressure are important.
• The candidate should have the ability to lead teams and foster collaboration, as well as knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
