As an L1 Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Linux system administration, web hosting, and cloud technologies.
You will work alongside experienced engineers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include assisting in troubleshooting basic server, network, and hosting-related issues.
You will respond to and resolve L1 support tickets under supervision and help diagnose common web hosting issues related to cPanel, Plesk, and domain management.
You will perform basic Linux commands for file management and user administration.
The role involves assisting in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and learning about web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
You will help monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana, document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference, and assist in writing knowledge base articles for common technical issues.

Requirements:

You must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
A basic knowledge of Linux systems and web hosting concepts is required.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN is necessary.
An understanding of basic scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Perl) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn are essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required for this position.
