Description:

DonorSearch is seeking a Machine Learning & AI Engineer to drive innovation in their SaaS product.
The role involves collaboration with the VP of IT and Product Development Manager to architect, implement, and enhance AI-powered features.
Key responsibilities include spearheading the development and deployment of machine learning solutions, designing internal ML model training pipelines, leading integration efforts of AI/ML technologies, architecting scalable solutions using AWS, establishing best practices for AI/ML development, and providing technical leadership and mentorship within the engineering team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly with a focus on LLM implementations.
Advanced proficiency in Python for ML/AI development and automation is required.
A deep understanding of AWS services, especially EC2 and S3, is necessary.
Experience with modern database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch is essential.
A working knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework is preferred.
A proven track record of implementing and managing production ML systems is required.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
