ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Developer to join their expanding team.
The role involves developing and implementing machine learning models to address complex business problems.
Responsibilities include using algorithms like Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and AutoML to enhance model performance.
The developer will ensure models are scalable and maintainable while performing detailed data analysis to extract meaningful insights.
Feature engineering will be conducted to improve model accuracy, and data validation and cleaning will be necessary to ensure high-quality datasets for model training.
The position requires clear communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration with team members to integrate models into existing systems and workflows is essential.
The developer will create dashboards and visualizations using Python libraries such as Dash, Streamlit, Panel, and Bokeh.
Presenting data-driven insights through interactive and user-friendly dashboards is a key responsibility.
Regular reports on model performance and business impact will be provided.
The role will also involve applying machine learning techniques to healthcare-specific problems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
A background as an engineer or data scientist is required, with healthcare experience being advantageous.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and building dashboards with libraries like Dash, Streamlit, Panel, and Bokeh is necessary.
Experience in building machine learning models with proven strong results is essential.
Familiarity with algorithms such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and AutoML is required.
Performance in Kaggle machine learning competitions is considered advantageous.
Candidates should be able to discuss specific models built, methodologies used, and feature engineering approaches.
The ability to work from home from anywhere in the Philippines is required.
