Description:
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and solutions in a cloud-based environment.
You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining ML pipelines, ensuring robust model performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.

This fully remote, long-term contract opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55-$65 per hour (plus benefits), along with a strong pathway for future growth and the potential for permanent hire, based on business needs and performance.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably within a large enterprise environment, with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
Advanced proficiency in Python is required, with hands-on experience using libraries such as TensorFlow and PySpark.
Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models using containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is necessary.
Hands-on experience with cloud ML solutions, specifically VertexAI and related Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, is required.
Familiarity with SQL for data preparation and analysis is essential.
Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code, is preferred.
General software engineering skills, including familiarity with coding best practices and collaborative development workflows, are necessary.
Strong communication skills are required, as candidates must be comfortable interfacing with business stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional team members.
Candidates must reside within the continental US while working and must be exclusively dedicated to this role during standard Eastern Time business hours.
