Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
• A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or Physics is required; an advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or PySpark is required.
• Knowledge and experience with statistical modeling, particularly in its application for machine learning, is necessary.
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up culture are crucial.
