The position is for a Machine Learning Engineer who will take end-to-end ownership of scalable machine learning systems.
Responsibilities include translating business ideas into technical solutions, building data pipelines, training models, and analyzing performance in production.
The engineer will work on developing production-ready solutions, focusing on transforming diverse datasets into actionable insights.
The role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data, building pipelines for data cleaning, and identifying areas for model improvement.
Staying current with advancements in machine learning and generative AI is essential to maintain a technological edge.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models is required.
A strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, is necessary.
Expertise in Python with experience in implementing medium to large-scale projects is essential.
Proven ability to implement and debug machine learning models is required.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and MLFlow is necessary.
Experience in setting up data pipelines and developing RESTful APIs is required.
Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, as well as containerization technologies, is essential.
Industry experience with relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL tools is required.
Experience with commercial and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex is necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
Nice to have: experience with agentic frameworks, designing retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems, research experience in machine learning, contributions to open-source projects, experience with Agile methodologies, and a Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are required.
A self-starter attitude and the ability to work in an early-stage environment are essential.
