Jobgether is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer - AI to work remotely in India.
The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Responsibilities include leading the development of NLP projects, guiding the creation and deployment of models in production, and managing these models throughout their lifecycle.
The engineer will provide mentorship to team members and contribute to the team's growth.
Key accountabilities involve leading machine learning projects, providing technical leadership, evaluating machine learning solutions, defining project architecture, overseeing model lifecycles, and communicating results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven expertise in NLP and hands-on experience deploying machine learning and deep learning models at scale in a SaaS or Cloud environment.
Strong technical proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow/Keras is required.
Advanced knowledge of HuggingFace libraries (transformers, tokenizers) or Fairseq is necessary.
Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is essential.
Demonstrated success in mentoring and providing technical leadership within a team is expected.
Familiarity with large datasets and distributed computing, particularly on Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
Bonus skills include knowledge of Java, Scala, Go-Lang, Kubeflow, OpenCV, and experience with models like BERT.
